A: Dontrelle Willis, Florida Marlins, a perfect 1.000
 
Dontrelle went 3-3, including a triple, in the Marlins Division Series-clinching 7-6 win over the San Francisco Giants at Pro Player Stadium on Oct. 1, 2001.  Dontrelle did not have any at-bats in the NLCS or World Series.
